The Chilston Park Hotel is a 17th-century grade I listed country house situated in 22 acres of parkland near Lenham, not far from Maidstone. You know you're in for something special as you drive along the tree-lined approach and the house and its grounds do not disappoint. Lots of wood-panelled rooms, family portraits and antiques, a library and a wonderful oak staircase make this a perfect setting for a wedding (or a live role-playing version of Cluedo).

Their ceremony took place in the Orangery, and this was followed by group shots and a bride-and-groom portait session in the grounds (taking in the giant chess game in the process) and speeches in Hussey Hall before dinner.
